Plane Crash of Saurya Airlines at Tribhuvan Airport

Kathmandu – A plane crash has occurred near Tribhuvan Airport. At around 11 AM on Wednesday, Saurya Airlines’ plane, which was departing for Pokhara, crashed during takeoff, according to eyewitnesses.

Premnath Thakur, spokesperson for the airport, confirmed that the Saurya Airlines plane crashed while taking off from Tribhuvan Airport to Pokhara. He stated that there were 19 people on board, including crew members. The plane caught fire and smoke is visible. Security personnel and airport firefighters are working to extinguish the fire.
